Driving Luxury & Efficiency: The UX & Branding Evolution of Midwest Valet

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

Midwest Valet, a premier valet, concierge, and security service provider in St. Louis, sought a brand and digital transformation to reflect its commitment to luxury, reliability, and efficiency. The goal was to modernize its digital presence, enhance user experience (UX/UI), and establish a cohesive visual identity that would resonate with high-end clients, event organizers, and corporate partners.

As the Lead UX/UI Designer and Brand Strategist, I developed a seamless digital experience while refining Midwest Valet’s brand aesthetics, website, and marketing materials. This case study explores the design strategy, UX approach, and measurable impact of the rebrand.
